Payment

Payment terms (deposits, balances, and due dates) are as stated in your invoice or contract. Late payments may incur reasonable charges where permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services, except where such exclusion is prohibited. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific job is generally limited to the fees paid for that job, unless otherwise required by law.
